The Role:

You will join a market-leading Banking & Finance team as an Associate in the firm's Liverpool office.

You can expect to have hands-on exposure to high-value and high-profile finance transactions in the UK and internationally. You will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of work, including ABL, REF, leveraged finance, and corporate banking.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Banking & Finance Lawyer between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Experience gained across a broad range of work, including REF, ABL, corporate banking, and leveraged finance

• Have a strong academic track record
