The Role:

You will join a close-knit and down-to-earth Commercial Property team as a Senior Associate.

Working alongside a respected partner, you will take the lead on high-value and significant regional projects across a variety of transactions & sectors. Work includes acquisitions & disposals, developments, and asset management.

As a senior team member, you will play a vital role in developing new and existing client relationships, supporting & supervising junior team members, and generally assisting in driving the team's growth in the region.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Property Lawyer with 5 years PQE
• Experience across a broad range of transactions, particularly acquisitions & disposals
• Comfortable building internal and external relationships
• Able to lead, motivate and supervise a small team
