The firm are looking for a Restructuring / Insolvency Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing Liverpool office.
You will work closely with the other Partners within the family department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers.
The firm have a small specialist Restructuring / Insolvency team which sits under the litigation arm of the practice. The Litigation team are ranked highly in the Legal 500. The team are dynamic and punch above their weight often acting on the other side of large, International city practices.
You will find that the work is broad, this variedness will make for an interesting caseload. You will work across a wide range of industry sectors.
The caseload will include but not be limited to; Insolvencies, administrations, receiverships, bankruptcies, restructurings, and liquidations.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.
