The Role

This Top 100 law firm are seeking to hire an experienced Trademark Attorney with upwards of 3 years PQE to join their team in the heart of Manchester.

Your role will see you support multinational clients with global considerations to start ups that are keen to establish and manage their brand, offering your expertise in all aspects of trade mark and design portfolio managements; disputes before EU and UKIPO and working with foreign agents. You will be familiar with prosecutions, management and registry proceeding both domestic and international

Requirements

• You will be a fully qualified trademark attorney with 3 years PQE
