The Role:

You will join this close-knit Residential Property team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

Focusing on quality over quantity, you will handle a manageable caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.

You can expect to have a high level of client contact, allowing you to develop relationships with your clients and referrers and grow your profile in the region.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• You will be newly qualified into Residential Property, or with up to 3 years PQE
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
