The Role

Due to sustained growth, this Top 25 firm are looking for Real Estate Litigation Associate 3-7 years PQE to join the Manchester team.

The Real Estate Litigation team act for both landlords and tenants, as well as developers and housing associates, providing advice on commercial and residential landlord and tenant law, service charge disputes, dilapidations, commercial lease renewal, repossession, trespass and nuisance, adverse possession and boundary disputes.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained Real Estate Litigation experience post-qualification. Experience in telecoms related real estate litigation work would be of benefit but is not essential.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (3-7 years PQE)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will be a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
