The Role:

You will join one of the UK's most respected Real Estate teams in the firm's Manchester office.

The Real Estate team has a stable pipeline of work from a well-established client base, made up of energy companies (suppliers & producers), large-scale developers, central government, and healthcare providers. This sector diversity and deep-rooted client relationships mean there is sustainability embedded in the practice and realistic continuous growth, regardless of the wider economic picture.

You will work alongside some of the most respected partners in the country, with full support to develop your technical ability & market profile, while following a transparent progression path - all of the team's partners are homegrown.

Remuneration:

• Salary - £65-75k
• Benefits (not exhaustive) - 25 days annual leave, enhanced pension contribution, private medical cover, enhanced parental leave, cycle to work scheme, hybrid & flexible working arrangements.
• Bonus - based on 'soft' skills with no chargeable hour elements.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor between 1 - 5 years PQE
• Previous experience across investment & development transactions
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
