The team handles a broad range of contentious & non-contentious work on behalf of employers. You will deal with a wide range of different industry sectors, as well as a wide range of company sizes, this variety will make for an interesting and diverse caseload.
You will handle a varied caseload of High Court Litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, Breach of Contract, and discrimination. On the non-contentious side, the work you undertake will include large scale redundancies, TUPE, employment contracts, and advising on Employment Law changes. You will benefit from a steady stream of work, most of which is referred from the firm's busy corporate department.
