The Role:

You will join this leading Employment team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

Acting for a good mix of clients ranging from SMEs to PLCs, you will gain exposure to a first-class quality of work, allowing you to develop your technical ability to a high level. Their client base is spread across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, finance, retail and health, and you can hone in on a particular sector of expertise/interest.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor between NQ-3 years PQE
• Comfortable handling a caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
• Experience conducting advocacy in employment tribunal cases
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Have a desire to push your career forward and progress
