The Role

The firm are seeking an Education Solicitor to join their growing office in the heart of Manchester.

You will join the firm's wider Social Care & Governance department, specialising in Education matters.

The highly regarded Education team advise a broad range of independent schools, state schools, academies, colleges and universities on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters

You will have a diverse caseload covering the full spectrum of education law, including 1st Tier Tribunal advocacy, Higher Education contract and discrimination issues, judicial review claims, property work, and general legal & HR support for schools

You will be at the forefront of this growing practice, and there will be a clear scope for you to develop and grow in this role.

Requirements

• You will be an Education Solicitor with 2 years of experience
• Experienced in conducting own advocacy
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
