The Role:

You join this market-leading Corporate Group as a Senior Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You will be involved in some of the most high-profile and complex deals in the market, across the UK and internationally. Clients include some of the largest organisations in the world, and you can expect an unrivalled level of client contact that is unheard of at firms of this size.

Within this role, you will focus on M&A work for clients within the Tech space. This will allow you to develop a niche, becoming an expert within the sector and a trusted advisor to some of the world's most exciting tech companies, from fast-growth start-ups to multinational PLCs.

As a senior team member, you will mentor, supervise and delegate work to junior lawyers and play an active role in business development to expand the team's reach globally. This role comes with excellent prospects for further progression and a transparent path to partnership in a short timeframe.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 5 years PQE
• Experience gained at a city or large regional law firm, or equivalent in-house legal team
• Previous experience with tech clients is desirable
