The Role

The firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will join a well-established team that hosts one of the largest Construction & Property teams in the North West. The department have also been recognised in the Legal 500 and won a number of awards for their work.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including advice on procurement, drafting contracts and sub-contract terms, development agreements, warranties, guarantees, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• A good level of experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
