The Role

Amongst experts and industry-renowned Partner, you will act on non-contentious commercial matters with technology, e-commerce, privacy, consumer, IP, advertising, marketing and media law. You will be working on a wide range of commercial contracts for the procurement and supply of all types of goods and services.

You will be supporting clients on substantial transactions pertaining to systems integration, outsourcing, logistics together with a multitude of IT transactions acting for both suppliers and users of tech-based solutions in relation to cybersecurity, data, and e-commerce matters.

The team is growing due to continued investment, with the Manchester office being a key area of focus for the firm.

Requirements

• 4 years PQE with Commercial Law
• Experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts
• Commercially-driven, proud of what you do and keen to develop
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
