The Role:

Due to consistent growth, the firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their high performing Commercial Litigation team in Manchester.

You will have hands-on involvement in engaging and complex disputes that will offer both challenge and reward in equal measure. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, with a focus on technology and having the view to growing this arm of the practice further.

In terms of progression, this is something the firm is well-known for. Primarily, their Partners have joined the firm as Associates and travelled up the clear, consistent, and achievable pathway to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5 years PQE
• Have experience across a broad range of Commercial Litigation
• Ideally, you will have gained exposure to Technology disputes/clients
• Comfortable dealing with high-level clients
• Able to collaborate in a close-knit team environment
