The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester.

Your caseload will be diverse, including corporate lending, general banking, leveraged and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work.

You will act for financial institutions (including senior, mezzanine and junior), funds and corporate clients, both nationally and internationally. The sectors of work are just as expansive, with the aim of maintaining your clients' commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• You will be a Banking & Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• You will have experience in transactional banking, with the ability to demonstrate technical expertise relevant to the firm's banking clients
• You will have an ambition to take ownership of and proactively progress a varied caseload
• You will be comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative environment with a desire to get involved in business development
