You will deal with a high-quality Conveyancing caseload, which will often include high value transactions for HNW individuals. The Managing Partner is a conveyancer and has an excellent reputation in the market.
The conveyancing department is currently very busy and thriving. You will deal with a broad residential property caseload that will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions
You will work closely with the Managing Partner to establish and drive the department forwards. They have several interesting leads to follow to grow work streams. You will have the autonomy to shape the department.
