The Role

The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Real Estate Partner to join their Manchester office.

You will manage a small team within the Commercial Property department and will work closely with other Partners more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors which include Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, IT, Technology & Software, Media, Agencies & Retail.

Their clients include builders, landowners, developers, property management companies, corporate occupiers, banks, lenders and investors.

Daily tasks will involve landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, regeneration and development, property joint ventures and partnering.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • You will have first-class communication
  • Outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Experience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essential
  • A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and very lucrative bonus scheme
