The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Media & Entertainment Senior Associate / Partner (non-contentious) to join their buzzing central Manchester office.
You will work closely with the other Partners within the Media & Entertainment department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of its media and entertainment practice, covering music, sport, advertising, brands, film, broadcasting, television and theatre.
You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors, the sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload.
You will work on a range of matters to include Sponsorship agreements, license agreements, commercial contracts, sales of media businesses, terms and conditions and privacy agreements.
