The Role

The firm is looking for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their flourishing office in Manchester.

The firm have a small specialist Restructuring / Insolvency team which sits under the litigation arm of the practice. The Litigation team are ranked highly in the Legal 500. The team are dynamic and punch above their weight often acting on the other side of large, International city practices.

You will find that the work is broad, this variedness will make for an interesting caseload. You will work across a wide range of industry sectors.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; Insolvencies, administrations, receiverships, bankruptcies, restructurings, and liquidations.

This opportunity comes with excellent prospects for progression as it is an emergent role to support the firm's growing Insolvency caseload; senior positions at the firm are well within reach for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Restructuring / Insolvency Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic candidate who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting venture
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You will enjoy building client relationships
• You will have strong business development capabilities
