The firm are looking for an Agriculture Solicitor to join their flourishing Manchester office.
You will sit as part of the wider Real Estate team, working on a varied and interesting caseload covering Agricultural & Property work. The firm advice a broad range of clients including landowners, entrepreneurs, farming businesses, landed estates, institutions and others with interests in land and the wider rural economy.
Your caseload will involve sale and purchases, tenancy agreements, contract farming agreements and farming structures.
You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Agricultural team in a friendly and supportive environment.
