The Role:

You will join one of the UK's leading Real Estate teams as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to be involved in high-value transactions and projects with work including, acquisitions & disposals, developments and asset management. The role genuinely moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise in areas of work and sectors that interest you the most.

In line with the team's ongoing growth and clear 5 - 10 year plan in Manchester, you will have an abundance of opportunities to progress, that aren't bottlenecked by a top heavy structure or promotion quotas. Interestingly, a number of their Partners joined the firm at Associate level, and joined the Partnership within 10 years.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer between 2 - 5 years PQE
• Experience across acquisitions & disposals, asset management and/or developments
• Willing to get involved in business development and comfortable with client contact
