The Role:

You will join this Top 50 law firm as a Partner in the firm's Manchester office.

The Real Estate team has an established and impressive client base across sectors such as retail, healthcare and energy. They are frequently involved in landmark transactions across the North West and nationally. The team also works closely with the Corporate, Construction and Planning teams, with regular cross-referral opportunities.

You will have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day leadership of the Real Estate team, with influence in key decisions that are made and the path of the team and wider firm - an opportunity that is rare to find at a firm of this size.

Requirements:

• You will either be a Partner looking to further develop your practice in a supportive and high-performing Top 50 law firm, or a Senior Associate/Legal Director who is ready to take the step up
• Have strong business development skills, and a portable practice (low threshold)
• Comfortable leading, motivating and supporting junior lawyers
• Have a commercial mindset and desire to get involved in strategic decision making
