The Role

The firm are looking for a Construction Associate (NQ) to join their Manchester office, with home working available.

Advising on some of the UK's most significant projects, the practice deals with everything from town centre developments to large-scale national infrastructure projects.

The transactional and contentious teams work closely together. You will be advising on claims relating to time, money and defective work through adjudication, mediation and arbitration. Acting for a prestigious client base of developers, occupiers and more, the firm has a strong foothold in the market and provides an excellent quality of work.

Requirements

• You will be an NQ Construction Solicitor
• Gained construction experience in your training contract from a heavyweight regional or national firm, with a genuine interested in contentious construction matters

• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
