This cash-rich, entrepreneurial law firm has an exciting journey ahead, with clear ambitions to break into the Top 50 and diversify its offering nationwide.

As a Partner, you will play a vital role in this growth; on a strategic level, you will work closely with the existing Partners to identify gaps in the market and ways to exploit them, and you will be responsible for developing the Commercial offering nationwide.

That is where you come in; the firm is looking for Salaried and Equity Partners across several of their practice areas to join them on this exciting journey. You will have ambition, a commercial drive, and a personable approach to fit in with their collaborative team environment.

The Role:

You will join the firm's highly regarded Commercial team at Partner level.

The firm has an established and enviable client base that ranges from exciting startups to PLCs across technology, sports, and media. You will work collaboratively with the other Partners in the team to diversify their offering and expand their reputation and presence on the national playing field.

You will have a high level of input across the Commercial practice and the firm as a whole, working side by side with the firm's inspirational Partnership team to achieve ambitious (but achievable, given their current trajectory) goals.

You will receive a highly competitive, above market-rate package, and support and investment to develop your practice.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Partner with an established reputation / portable practice
  • Experience leading a team and increasing performance
  • Have a commercial flair and passion for business development
  • Able to contribute to strategic decision making
