The Role:

You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as a Senior Associate/Legal Director in the firm's Manchester office.

The team are involved in a broad mix of work, including private equity, M&A, ECM, JVs, and VC deals. Clients range from high-growth start-ups to multinational PLCs across sectors such as energy, tech, and finance.

You will take the lead on matters and have responsibility for key client relationships from day one, while being supported by renowned partners to develop your commercial awareness and leadership skills. Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 5 years PQE
• Have gained a good level of experience across M&A, private equity, and/or ECM deals
• Experience gained in a leading regional or city firm
