The Role:

You will join one of the NW's most respected Real Estate teams as a Solicitor in the firm's Manchester office.

You will be involved in landmark real estate transactions, including acquisitions & disposals and developments. Clients span various sectors, such as energy, retail, and education.

You can expect to have a high level of client contact from an early stage in your career, with the opportunity to boost your market profile and build your reputation. You will also be supported by an inspiring leadership group who will encourage your progression within the firm.

Remuneration:

• Salary - £50-55k
• Benefits (not exhaustive) - 25 days annual leave, enhanced pension contribution, private medical cover, enhanced parental leave, cycle to work scheme, hybrid & flexible working arrangements.
• Bonus - based on individual and firm performance.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor between NQ - 2 years PQE
• Previous experience across investment & development transactions
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
