The Role:

You will join one of the UK's leading Real Estate teams as a Senior Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to take the lead on high-value transactions and projects, with the role moulding around your interests and expertise. Many of their senior lawyers specialise in specific areas and/or sectors, such as Energy.

In line with the team's ongoing growth and clear 5 - 10 year plan in Manchester, you will have an abundance of opportunities to progress, that aren't bottlenecked by a top heavy structure or promotion quotas. The leadership team will support you to develop the requisite skills needed to move towards partnership in a relatively short timeframe.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer with 6 years PQE
• Experience across acquisitions & disposals, asset management and/or developments
• Willing to get involved in business development
• Comfortable mentoring, supervising and delegating work to junior lawyers
