The Role:

You will join a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Property Litigation team as a Solicitor in the firm's Manchester office.

You will gain hands-on exposure to engaging and complex work from an early stage, and have a high level of client contact that will allow you to develop your commercial skills. In addition, you will be supported by Partners to develop your technical ability, giving you a platform to push your career forward.

The work you will be involved in includes a mix of residential & commercial property disputes, including commercial leases, possession, asset management, and rent arrears. This variety will allow you to become a well-rounded Lawyer, and as you progress you will have the option to specialise in one specific area if you wish.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1 year PQE
