The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their office based in the heart of Manchester

You will be dealing with both Commercial Property and HNW Residential Property Litigation. The client base will be varied, making for a much more interesting role.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

Requirements

• You will a Property Litigation Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE
• The ability to deliver first-class client care
