The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Associate to join their offices in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
• Situated within the Firm's Legal 500-ranked Real Estate department, the Property Litigation team act for market-leading companies, landlords and tenants across the hospitality, retail, tech and public sectors, with additional expertise in the telecoms field
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options, dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, possession claims and insolvency-related issues
• You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the telecoms practice, covering asset management, right of way disputes, access issues and the ongoing management of new technologies such as 5G

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with 3 to 6 years PQE
