The Role:

You will join a highly ranked Construction team as a Paralegal in the firm's Manchester office.

You will join the firm's Construction team in their internationally renowned department. You'll assist industry-leading Partners who will expose you to a rare quality of caseload.

The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of clients, covering a variety of funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. Project sectors include mixed use developments, housing developments, energy and renewables (a key growth area for the department), infrastructure, retail and office development to make for a very interesting role.

You will assist on a range of non-litigated matters such as the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, initial procurement and strategic advice on risks following completion.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Construction Paralegal with at least 3 years experience of working in a construction department
  • Experience across all forms of construction disputes
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Have a desire to push your career forward and progress
