The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for an IP Solicitor to join the firm's dynamic office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the IP team advise on all aspects of contentious & non-contentious work for well-known clients across the retail, sports, fashion and entertainment sectors
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including licensing & franchising, software & database protection, international trademark litigation and patent litigation
• As a junior Solicitor, you will also assist the senior members with their caseload, giving you exposure to more complex & high-value matters to aid your development
