The Role:

The firm are looking for Court of Protection Paralegal to join their highly regarded CoP team in Manchester.

You will join a well-established team that is going through organic growth due to the success of the department.

You will work closely with family, friends and careers in relation to deputyships applications, welfare benefits claims, investments of funds, local authority issues, making a will, buying and adapting property, employment issues with carers and attorney disputes.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

Requirements

• You will ideally have some previous experience within Court of Protection work
• A meticulous eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a close-knit team environment
