• The leading Corporate Tax department advise international & domestic businesses on a full spectrum of tax issues that arise in connection with corporate transactions
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including corporation tax, VAT and stamp tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and private equity deals
• As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to manage projects and engage in business development for the wider department

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Corporate Tax Solicitor from 1 to 4 years PQE
