Corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs/ins and private equity and venture capital investments, are the team's lifeblood.
Joining the team with 1 years PQE, you will manage matters that consider M&A, private equity and public equity transactions for listed corporates, more often divided between strategic advice and lead negotiations, key documents, ancillary documents and due diligence.
