The Role:

The firm are looking for a Partner to join their Corporate team in Manchester.

The Corporate team has an established and impressive client base, with a particular focus on Private Equity. Their expertise includes M&A, MBOs, funding, and restructures.

You will have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day leadership of the Corporate team, with influence in key decisions that are made and the path of the team and wider firm. This is an exciting time to join the team and make your mark on the firm as they enter the next phase of their expansion.

Requirements:

• You will be a corporate partner looking to further develop your practice in a supportive yet high-performing environment
