You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to gain exposure to a broad diet of work, including private equity, M&A, ECM, JVs, and VC deals. Clients range from high-growth start-ups to multinational PLCs across sectors such as energy, tech, and finance.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Have gained a good level of experience across M&A, private equity, and/or ECM deals
• Experience gained in a leading regional or city firm
• Willing to learn and have the desire to progress your career in the long term
