The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
• Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Corporate department regularly support National businesses within the manufacturing, engineering & technology sectors on a variety of company law matters
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of corporate transactional & general company law work, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganisations & demergers, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and due diligence
• As an Associate, you will also mentor & support the junior members of the team and liaise with senior lawyers regarding the development of the department

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE
