The Role

The company is now looking for a Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in mergers & acquisitions to join their Manchester Office.

You will be responsible for providing advice and taking the lead on complex M&A transactions. You will be attached to the company's key clients and support the well-established Transactional Risks team.

You will be working on dynamic and genuinely exciting work. You can expect to be involved in;

• feeding into promotional materials,
• attending presentations and conferences,
• marketing and PR campaigns,
• researching and writing content for articles and publications.

This, in combination with the day-to-day legal work, will allow the scope to create a name for yourself in the industry. As an In-House Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and provide input in commercial and strategic decision making. Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE
• Strong technical M&A execution skills
• You will have strong business acumen
• Comfortable working independently
• Have a desire to utilise your knowledge to have a genuine impact on a fast-growing business
