The Role

They are seeking to hire an NQ-3 years PQE Solicitor to join their growing property conveyancing team in South London

Their Conveyancing team consists of 2 partners, 2 fee earners and support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners with excellent reputations in the market, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure for your years of PQE.

Their clientele is a mixture of local and national HNW clients, some of which have got family ties to the company stretching back decades. The monthly targets are reasonable and achievable, ensuring their clients continue to receive market-leading legal advice and support.

You will be working on

• Buy to let and investment property
• Buying and selling your home
• New build property
• Lease extensions
• New leases and tenancy agreements
• Their in-house caseload whilst offering an entrepreneurial approach to maximising business opportunities

There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.
