The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor into their flourishing South London office.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, most of which comes in from recommendation and referrals. They do not believe in a pile it high and sell it cheap mentality, you will deal with a manageable caseload with a real focus on delivering excellent service, a good proportion of the work will be more high-value transactions, you will work as part of a team of four dealing with a broad Residential Property caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of dealing with your own Conveyancing caseload
• You should have excellent attention to detail
• You should have strong communication skills and work well within a team
• Salary is above market rate
