The firm is seeking to hire an NQ - 2 PQE Employment Solicitor to join their prestigious office in the heart of the West End of London.
The Employment Department currently consists of one Partner in London, with plans for them to grow, making now an exciting time to join. You will deal with a mix of claimant and respondent work, both contentious, non-contentious as well as interesting corporate support.
Their client base is broad and includes FTSE 250 companies, OMB and ultra HNW individuals as well as company directors. There is a focus on media and other dynamic sectors. This will be a hands-on role where you will get excellent exposure. The caseload will include; Suspension and disciplinary issues, grievances, discrimination, severance packages, restructurings, TUPE and breaches of fiduciary duties, constructive dismissal and restrictive covenant issues.
