If you are a Legal PA and able to provide high quality secretarial, organisational and administrative support to a Partner and a team of fee earners within Corporate Law, this is an outstanding opportunity.

You will provide support to a top Corporate team, working with Fortune 500, Global 1000 and FTSE 250 companies across Tech, Media, Sports, Oil and Gas, Energy to name a few of the market sectors.

The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking for a Legal PA to join the Corporate team in their Flagship City of London office.

You will work within an industry leading Corporate practice, working alongside the UK head of Employment.

You will work deliver high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines, coordinate and produce accurate compliant documents and correspondence (including draft engagement and billing letters), manage fee-earner internal and external meetings, manage own and partner and fee-earners' emails as required, assisting partners and fee-earners with BD responsibilities, implement effective telephone management and communication work practices.

Requirements

  • High level of experience as a Secretary/PA from within a professional services firm
  • Relevant experience within a Law firm is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client management
  • Proven high level of organisation and management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
