The firm is looking to hire an HR Administrator into their thriving City of London location. The role will also provide PA Support to senior management.
You will be dealing with general HR administrative duties including filing, e-filing, training course bookings, taking references through Experian, generating reference responses, organising the induction programme for new staff, liaising with payroll, monitoring holiday entitlement and sickness absence and more.
You will also provide administrative support to senior management. This is to include general correspondence, agendas, documents, diary management, assisting with the annual renewal of partner letters and documentation, updating the firms SRA records and preparation of agendas and board packs.
