The Role
The firm seeks a Restructuring Associate 3-6 PQE to join their multi-award winning practice in their City of London office.
The Restructuring team is highly ranked on the Legal 500 and Chambers. This position will sit in between the Corporate and Finance group; with access to the very best national and international work, increasingly involved in complex, high-value restructuring, bank-led work, and advisory - they are recognised as experts by Chambers and Legal 500.
The restructuring group regularly acts for all major clearing banks and a variety of other lenders. Recent work includes; advising a global bank on the financing of a hotel group.
