Employment Partner - City of London

This firm has offices across the UK, with London being a priority in terms of growth and investment. They are ranked highly in 13 Legal 500 practice areas across the UK and set their sights on taking more market share.

The Employment team is recognised nationally as a market leader, and they have several Chambers & Legal 500 recommended Solicitors in this team. They deal with household names and HNW/UHNW individuals. The work they deal with is often high-end and complex.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 8 years' PQE
  • Experience of dealing with good quality contentious and non-contentious work
  • Experience in dealing with HR advisory, Tribunal, employment documentation drafting, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work
  • History of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Willing to invest in more junior members of the team to help them progress and develop their skillsets
