Corporate Insurance Senior Associate (5-7 PQE): You will be working within a leading Insurance group, coupled with an excellent presence in the Upper/Premium market across Corporate. Being involved with significant M&A transactions for multi-national Insurance companies.

The Role

This is an excellent position to work as a Corporate Insurance Senior Associate within this highly reputable Corporate Group, in this international firms City of London office.

The Insurance practice of this firm is one of the largest and strongest, coupled with their presence in the Upper/Premium markets for Corporate M&A and PE, you will be working within a global elite practice.

You will advise on complex cross-border insurance and re-insurance M&A, PE, Joint Ventures, Reorganisations (including SE and cross border mergers), portfolio transfers and the structuring, formation and licensing of insurance and re-insurance platforms. You will be involved in numerous M&A transactions for multi-national insurance companies.

You will be working closely with the Partners opening new opportunities and accelerating the growth for both clients and people.

Requirements

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with 5-7 years' experience
  • Qualified in England and Wales
  • Worked within a highly reputable finance team in either inhouse or private practice
