Lawyers in the London office manage cross-border transactions and converge regulatory and compliance obligations globally for UK clients, as well as leveraging existing relationships with existing US Lawyers and US based clients.
Over the years the firm's London office has achieved numerous accolades in The Legal 500 and Chambers Rankings for their work in transactional law, and are consistently leaving an imprint that will ensure their continued presence in the market.
Their Corporate capability is the firm's largest and most profitable practice area and strives to dominate the mid-market deal space. The firm currently seek a Capital Markets Partner with either an ECM or DCM focus, or both, to join their team in London. As part of a defined strategy to grow their EMEA hub in transactional areas of law, they are now looking for a London-based Funds Capital Markets Partner with a portable business of 800k and upwards to join the firm. The firm can facilitate team hires if necessary and would be dedicated to each new team members ongoing success.
The firm leverages relationships with US-based clients, and the newly appointed Partner can take advantage of this in addition to their established contacts. The threshold for this firm is relatively low compared to many city and international firms given the scope of what they do. The potential is huge and at this stage the Partners would welcome a confidential conversation to assess potential on both sides.
