The company are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in the financial sector.

The Role

Reporting to the General Counsel for UK & Ireland and working within a team of 10, the company are seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team.

The main focus of this role is to provide stakeholders with sound legal advice on a range of corporate matters, as well as drafting and negotiating an array of commercial contracts including; commercial leases, engineering contracts, construction agreements, purchase & sale agreements and much more.

The role will be focusing on Corporate & Commercial responsibilities within the Financial sector, with the opportunity to gain management experience by supervising the development of a Paralegal.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE
• You will have proven commercial contracts and corporate law experience within the Financial sector
• You will have the ability to work pro-actively within a fast-paced environment
