The Role:

The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked team in the Preston office.

Working with an enviable client base that includes household names across retail, sports, technology, and telecoms, you will gain exposure to interesting and varied work that will give you an engaging and rewarding caseload.

The caseload will involve mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity, venture capitals and joint ventures.

The level of exposure you will receive will provide you with a strong platform to develop your technical ability.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE and trainees due to qualify in 2023)
• A seat in corporate during training contract and experience of M&A work
• Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst taking your own initiative
